We are excited to announce a new class at The Studio School of Dance in Carleton Place,  designed specifically for hockey players. Our “Dance for Hockey” program focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and power, crucial elements for excelling on the ice.
Program Highlights:
  1. Strength Training:
    • Focused exercises to enhance core stability and overall muscle strength.
    • Tailored routines to build endurance and prevent injuries.
  2. Flexibility:
    • Dynamic stretching techniques to increase range of motion.
    • Exercises to improve agility and reduce the risk of strains and sprains.
  3. Power Development:
    • Plyometric movements to boost explosive power.
    • Drills to enhance speed and quickness.
